Paleo Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup of almond butter
  • 1/4 cup of shredded coconut

Instructions:

Blend the ingredients until a thick, sticky dough is formed
