Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Preheat the air fryer to 375F 190C
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, almond flour, parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper
Mix until well combined
Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter
Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching each other
