One Sheet Pan Honey Mustard Chicken

This honey mustard chicken recipe only uses one sheet pan, so it's easy to make and doesn't need much cleanup. Sweet honey, sour mustard, and salty spices come together to make a tasty glaze for the tender chicken breasts. Great for a quick dinner during the week!

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions:

Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C

Put the chicken breasts on a large sheet pan that has been lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper

Season them with salt and pepper

Melt the butter in a small bowl and add the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, minced garlic, dried thyme, paprika, onion powder, and red pepper flakes, if using

Mix the ingredients together using a whisk

Spread out the chicken breasts as you pour the honey mustard mixture over them

Put the chicken in an oven that has already been heated up and roast it for 20 to 25 minutes, or until it is fully cooked and reaches 165F 75C

Give the chicken some time to rest after taking the sheet pan out of the oven

Before serving, sprinkle chopped fresh parsley on top of the chicken

Hope you enjoy your tasty honey mustard chicken on a sheet pan!
