Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup small pasta such as orzo or ditalini
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, beaten egg, oregano, basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
