Enjoy the cool mix of blood orange juice that is sour and creamy coconut cream in these cute pink creamsicles that look like they belong in a bakery. Citrusy tang and creamy coconut come together to make a delicious frozen treat that is perfect for hot summer days.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups blood orange juice
- 1 can coconut cream
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Zest of 1 blood orange
Instructions:
Using a blender, blend together coconut cream, honey or maple syrup, blood orange zest, and blood orange juice
Mix everything together until it's smooth
Place the mix into popsicle molds
Put the sticks in and freeze for at least four to six hours, or until it's solid
To get the creamsicles out of the molds after they've frozen, run them under warm water
Serve and have fun!
